Hank

hank1.jpeg

Hank was left in an orchard before he was taken in to Underdog Animal Rescue and was placed with a foster family. The foster family fell in love with him and he adjusted extremely well. After some time however, they noticed some awkwardness in his gait and discovered at IronHorse VetCare that he had slight tears in both back knees. Underdog and Hank's foster-turned-adopted family was committed to helping fund Hank's Double Bilaterial TPLO surgery, which SFAFA provided a grant for. Hank had a successful surgery and is now recovering well at home.

"No animal deserves to suffer and we know he is in great hands and on his way to mend. To think this dog was left for dead in an orchard and now blessed with a loving family and two new knees."
